My friend Brooke and I started to dream a couple of years ago about a book for moms who needed to know they were not alone in the messy places of motherhood. That book began on the Mothers of Daughters Blog in a partnership with the MOB Society. “Hope for Moms on Saturday” was a blog series born out of our own struggles to find hope when we really just felt overwhelmed. We wrote a few blog posts, rewrote them a couple of time in the form of ebooks and then God took it to a whole new level.
Last February we launched this book for moms everywhere:

It was our chance to open our hearts and in many ways our front doors and share with weary moms everywhere how to:
- invite God into your mess
- reconnect with His heart for you
- experience the peace and freedom of walking with Him
We love this book and what God has done with it over the years! But we knew, deep down in our hearts, he wasn’t finished with us yet. God had started a movement of hope and there was more to be written. As we began to talk with other moms, we found a need for another resources that would point moms straight to their source of hope. It would serve two purposes:
- First to make you feel seen, loved, and understood. Not just by us (although we do), but by the God who loves you more than you can fathom.
- Second, to provide 40 truths you need to trust God in and with your mess.
We sat in sunny Florida on the campus of Wycliffe Bible Translators with our Bibles, coffee, and maybe a few red Twizzlers in front of us, and asked the Lord what you needed to hear. What were the main things you needed to know from his Word to keep putting one foot in front of the other? What truths would give you a sure foundation, setting you up for success not just as a mom, but as a daughter of God?
This is that book! It is is now available where ever books are sold!

We can’t wait for you to read it and share it with your friends. In fact we would love to invite you to join us tonight for a Celebration Facebook Party ! We will begin at 9:00PM and visit these pages:
We will share a lively discussion and also give away some great prizes, too. So be sure to drop in tonight and say hello.
Brooke and I had no idea what began as blog series would now be two books. But God knew and we are perfectly humbled he has used our weary mom stories as a masterpiece for his glory. Our prayer is that you will be blessed by this new book in the “Hope” family.
Choose Hope,
Stacey
P.S. Over 700 moms have signed up to “Start with Hope”! This is a 40 day pledge to be in God’s Word for the new year! You can still join us! For more information, click here.
