Welcome to Mothers Of Daughters
H ello friend, I’m so glad you stopped by today. Grab a cup of coffee and let’s get to know each other.
I’ll go first. My name is Stacey Thacker. I have been married to my husband Mike for more than 23 years and we have four girls ages 8 to 18 years. They are amazing and the reason I started this blog a few years ago with some other moms passionate to raise their daughters to have hearts for God.
Mothering my girls has been a precious blessing in my life. It is also one of the hardest things I have ever done. I don’t know about you, but I feel the tension these days of being a mother of daughters and living in a modern world. Every day brings new challenges.
I have realized the only way we are going to navigate the next ten years or the next ten minutes is for our hearts to be firmly fixed on timeless truths from God’s Word. I know I need constant reminders. I want my girls to be world changers. I want them to be strong. I also want them to be grace filled and seekers of Truth. I know it starts with me becoming those things first. The world is doing everything it can to claim our daughters’ hearts. Let’s give them a good fight. I’d love to meet you on my personal website or have you subscribe to my newsletter—the places I’m actively writing on a more regular basis. Meanwhile, I hope you enjoy the words we have shared in this space.

Looking Forward,
Stacey Thacker

P.S. Please meet our writers over here. They are girl moms in all stages and walks of life. I think they are amazing and you will too!
