We believe in praying for our daughters. We wanted you to be the first to know we are updating our “31 Days of Praying for Our Daughters” and relaunching it soon. But before we do that we would love to have your feedback.

Here are a few ideas: a practical way of loving our daughters (write a note, serve together, make a meal for someone, practice conflict resolution with “I” statements, etc.), a verse to memorize together, possible questions for dialogue with daughter and add any book suggestions or articles of raising godly girls. Make it interactive.
I am in a different place in my life. My daughters are married and I am about to be a grandma for the first time. So in this book I would like to see included praying for daughters that are married and about to be moms themselves.
I would like to add to request for prayer for daughters that already are Moms of their own daughters. Youngest daughter and youngest granddaughter currently live with my husband and I.
Daily prayer prompts. Maybe in a devotional style. With scripture reference.
By the way….you all are such a huge blessing to me!

I love the idea of scripture references! Make sure to have prayer for their future, not just a husband, but also their future life in Christ. And definitely a resources section to recommend different blogs, books and websites that would help in our walk with the Lord in tandem with our helping our daughters grow up.
I am thinking thr same thing woth others, Scriptures references so that we can pray using God’s word for our daughters.
And maybe short testimony that will encourage young moms with little kids, working mom and even grandmas with grand-daughters.

Would love to see prayers for daughters who are resisting God, and are being led astray.
Prayers for when I,mom, totally blows it. Prayers for the difficult decisions you make when they just don’t understand during the Tween/Teen years.
Prayers for a strong willed daughter.

My daughters are 30 and 29 - don’t forget us moms of older daughters. There are definite transitions from teens to twenties to marriage and I want to be the mom that can minister to my daughters as their needs change. My heart is still warmed by the fact that they still call me for advice, to share their hurts and fears, to vent or just to laugh and tell me they love me. I just lost my precious momma 7 months ago; she was my best friend and I miss her so much. At 54 I needed my mom as much as I did when I was 14 - just in different ways. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. God bless!
